Ad aprile, Progetto Giovani organizza un ciclo di incontri in lingua inglese basati su attività interattive realizzate in squadra, come discussioni e giochi di ruolo. I laboratori sono ideati e facilitati da Fanni, volontaria del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà nel nostro ufficio.

Il calendario prevede tre incontri con cadenza settimanale. Gli appuntamenti si svolgono presso la Sala Jolly, al piano terra, e nel nostro ufficio, al secondo piano del Centro Culturale Altinate San Gaetano.

La partecipazione è gratuita, ma è richiesta la registrazione attraverso il modulo online.

Il calendario degli incontri

Nel corso degli incontri, la lingua inglese viene utilizzata per mettere in pratica le proprie idee, collaborare e utilizzare il pensiero creativo come strumento di problem solving.

Sono previste attività di team building, sfide per risolvere problemi e per cambiare prospettiva mettendosi nei panni degli altri. Altre attività sono finalizzate al pensare fuori dagli schemi e espandere la zona di comfort dei partecipanti, favorendo lo scambio reciproco di idee e valori.

I partecipanti si conoscono attraverso attività di team building e sfide da superare utilizzando il pensiero creativo. Alla fine, viene approfondita l’importanza della collaborazione nel raggiungere obiettivi comuni.

Learn to stretch – Stretch to learn

Sala Jolly

I partecipanti sviluppano il loro pensiero creativo, usando la loro immaginazione per pensare fuori dagli schemi e per affrontare le sfide in modo diverso. Alla fine, è previsto uno scambio di opinioni sull’apprendimento e sulla zona di comfort.

I partecipanti scoprono insieme il potere del sostegno della squadra e quello della creatività per risolvere situazioni reali della vita. Si mettono nei panni degli altri per poter cambiare prospettiva, e alla fine affronteranno alcune sfide dal punto di vista originale.

From April, Progetto Giovani organises a series of workshops in English, based on interactive and team-based activities, like discussions and role plays. The meetings are prepared and facilitated by Fanni, European Solidarity Corps volunteer at Progetto Giovani.

The workshops will be held once in every week. These meetings will take place at Sala Jolly, ground floor, and in our office, second floor of the Centro Culturale Altinate San Gaetano. Participation is free but registration is recommended by filling in the online module.

The program

In this series of workshops, participants will use English to implement ideas, to work in teams, and to use creative thinking for problem solving.

There will be team building activities, challenges for creative problem solving, and for changing perspectives and showing empathy. Other activities will challenge them to think out-of-the-box and to stretch their comfort zone to improve themselves. They will also discuss their values and the importance of cooperation.

Participants will get to know each other through team building activities and challenges to overcome together using their creative thinking skills. At the end, the importance of cooperation in the achievement of common goals will be discussed.

Learn to stretch – Stretch to learn

Participants will put their creative thinking in practice. They will use their imagination to think out-of-the-box and to face challenges in a different way. Moreover, they will exchange opinions about learning, peer-learning and comfort zone.

Problem? Solving!

Ufficio Progetto Giovani

Participants will experience the power of a supporting team and that of creativity in dealing with real-life situations. They will put themselves in place of others to change perspective, and at last they will face challenges from a different point of view.
